Our History

Founded in 1994, after the acquisition of assets of Caribbean Printing Industries.
The labor stability of the over 105 employees.

Our shareholders involement was instrumental in the development of this new enterprise.
Their leadership and guidance was proven as sales have increased from $8.4 million to $18 million.

By mid 2000, Caribbean Forms Manufacturer, Inc. moved to a new 170,000 sq. ft. facility
in order to consolidate resources as Document Technology, Business Solutuions and
Envelopes Converting divisions.

Currently we are the largest and most modern state-of-the-art printing plant in Puerto Rico
and Caribbean.

Although billing and sales force are individual for each company, we all strive to meet the
sample purpose of providing the best printing products with the best service by having
company that is definitely results oriented.

Mission Statement

and efficient way, utilizing our human and technological resources at their
